Pancia Mia Fatti Capanna

Unforgettable Studio devoted its heart and soul, among with its agency and photography skills, to the realisation of this book to bring justice to both the small and big realities the region we live in offers. We boarded an adventure through small villages in the region of Valle Verzasca, ran through the vineyards of Arogno, hiked on top of the mountains reaching the huts of Motterascio and Robiei.

Our journey started from Lugano and went in every region of Ticino leading us to discover many places, people and recipes that we had no idea were here, right in our “backyard”.

The book “Pancia Mia Fatti Capanna” is currently available in Italian language only.

Afiordigusto Biobistrot is a restaurant that offers food cooked only with organic raw materials. Wanda, Marinella and Marco also launched the testedirapa – ZERO WASTE BIO project to fight food waste; they collect unsold fruit and vegetables and transform them into preserves, pickles and soups. Their dream is to help create a more aware and respectful society of the planet. And now the Biobistrot Team presents the book "Parlare, Mangiare", a culinary-literary journey along the "rive gauche" of the Cassarate of Lugano.
